This guide will show you how to log in and keep your students' records up to date — attendance, Quran progress, and Qaida lessons.
Go to dashboard.annoorkids.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Tap Add to Home Screen to install it like an app.
Tap the dropdown and choose your name from the list.
Type the password given to you by the admin. If you don't have one, ask the admin to set it in Settings.
You'll see your name at the top. Your tabs will be: 📚 Academic (Quran + Class) and 👤 Student Report.
Tip: On iPhone, open in Safari (not Chrome) and tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen. The app will open full-screen next time.
Tap 📚 Academic at the top, then tap the 📋 Class subtab. You'll see your students for today's session.
P = Present · L = Late · A = Absent. The selection saves automatically — no Save button needed.
Tap the note field under any student to add context, e.g. "arrived late" or "left early".
Use the ← Prev / Next → arrows to move between Saturday and Sunday. Mark attendance for both days.
Best practice: Mark attendance at the start of each session while students are being seated. It only takes 1–2 minutes.
Tap 📚 Academic, then 📖 Quran. You'll see a card for each of your students.
Tap the grade dropdown next to each surah and select: Excellent, Good, In progress, or Needs work. Changes save automatically.
Tap + Add surah at the bottom of a student's card. Choose the surah name, ayah range, and starting grade.
Each surah row has a notes field. Use it to record observations like "needs to review tajweed rules" or "memorised well".
Update weekly: After each session, spend 2–3 minutes updating each student's surah grades. This builds a full record over the school year.
In the Quran tab, scroll down inside a student's card. You'll see a purple 📖 Qaida Noorania section. Tap it to expand.
Tap a grade button for each lesson:
⭐ Excellent · ✓ Completed · 👍 Good · 📝 In progress · ⚠ Needs revision
Below the grade buttons, type a comment for the lesson — e.g. "reading well but needs to slow down". Tap Save comment.
The purple progress bar at the top shows how many of the 18 lessons are completed. It updates every time you save.
All 18 lessons are listed — from Lesson 1 (The Alphabets) through Lesson 18 (Ending of Rules). Work through them in order with each student.
You now know everything you need to keep your students' records up to date. JazakAllah Khayran for your dedication.
